Global USA We are clearly seeing resurgences in various parts of USA , esp. the upper midwest and the Northwest (see below). This is exactly what we (Deb and I) predicted would happen if young people did not abide by public health recommendations (masks, crowds, etc). It also validates my insisting to the VP that although I did not like being the “skunk at the picnic”, the upticks in case positivity clearly predicted the increase incases → hospitalizations → deaths. Also, shows that Atlas and his 3 stooges are completely incorrect. Gov. Cuomo called me up. Deb wanted me to speak with him about the surge in NYC since she knows that we are friends. I asked his brother Chris to have him call me. Andrew feels that the NYC surge is driven almost exclusively by the Hasidic Jews who feel that they have “herd immunity”. Obviously they do not (see Atlas). In the middle of the conversation, the POTUS calls me (see below) POTUS called me this AM at 9:10 AM. He is still very hyper and is saying that the Regeneron product “cured” him. He had with him on speaker phone Sean Conley and the entire Walter Reed team. He had them say that the drop in viral titer from 10 to the 8 to 10 to the 3 was the fastest they have ever seen. They obviously do not have that much experience. When I asked what the CT was, they said it was 33, which means he still has replication virus in his nasopharynx. Could be that Dex is slowing the clearance of virus. He wants me to help get REG mAB an EUA to save hundreds of thousands of lives. He is clearly hyper. He told the crew that I was the best persuader in the world. He used to think that he was, but he now feels that he is 2nd. Weird conversation; friendly, but weird.
