That was not what I said. Like I said clearly in the Ryan Zimmerman interview, it would depend on the status of the virus in any given City. Alex has failed to hold Bob Kadlec responsible and Bob has completely delegated BARDA to a group of weak people who are fixed in ways that you can get awaywith in normal times, but defimitely not when you are in a global health crisis wher the country and the world depends on us to develop a vaccine and therapies.
