I'm sure she will do
fine, but this has completely destroyed one of the most intensive social commitments that we
have over the next few days.

                                                         . In addition, I will have to modify my
visit tonight to the home of the Italian ambassador (Mariangela Zappia) who invited people from
all over the country including California to come to the ambassador’s home for a celebratory
dinner in my honor. I went there tonight and did a fireside chat with a mask on with a well
known Italian author Antonio Monda, and then left before the dinner since I did not want to take
my mask off. I will also have to Mr planned dinner with Bob Seder and Jeff Zients and families
on Saturday.
