FDA gave EUA to BA.5 bivalent boosts and USG has ordered 170 million doses to be
administered starting next week. As usual some concern among some “talking heads”
about doing this from Paul Offit who generally feels that most people really do not need
boosters to a milder John Moore who is concerned about the immunology of a poor
