There has been some considerable tension between the new H-CORE group who is headed
by Jason Roos and the rest of the HHS tream. They are involved in making major decision
about distribution of money. Yet the leadership component of H-CORE consisting of the
following has not been consulted on any major decisions:

Several people including Cliff Lane and I are concerned that decision are being made in a
vacuum and Jason seems uninterested in calling the leadership group for advice and consultation
