   ● Bob Redfield is out there spouting incorrect information saying that he feels strongly that
     this was a virus that leaked from a laboratory. The basis of his saying this is that he feels
     that the virus was so well adapted to humans right from the beginning that it had to have

   leaked from a lab. Any respectable virologist would know that this is total nonsense since
   the virus clearly could have jumped species as a less efficient spreader and causer of
   serious disease and had been circulating in the human population beneath the radar screen
   gathering efficiency in transmission and pathogenesis until it was finally recognized in
   the middle of December of 2019 when many people were getting seriously ill. This is the
   way viruses evolve from nature. In fact, we are still seeing that to this day in what we are
   currently experiencing in that variants are developing greater capability of spreading and
   gaining even greater pathogenesis. Another example of Bob Redfield being dead wrong. I
   am surprised and disappointed that he is out there spouting such nonsense. I guess that
   he wants to feel relevant now that he is no longer CDC Director.
