Had our newly established Saturday AM meeting with the medical team led by Jeff Zients to go
over important issues. I brought up for the first time the issue of having Biden lead an effort to
allow LMICs to produce their own vaccine. This could be a legacy issue for him similar to what
George WQ. Buch did with PEPFAR.
