Had Zoom call with David Kessler and the BARDA people trying to decide whether to invest
considerable money in guaranteed purchase of the Lilly mAb combination that will soon go for
an EUA. Their data look fairly good for treatment of early disease to prevent hospitalization
and PEP
   •   Got call from Mike Osterholm trying to convince me to go with his
       concern/recommendation that we go with1st doses to as many people as possible given
       the fact that B.1.1.7 (UK) may become dominant in the USA and increase
       cases/hospitalization. This is a difficult problem sine we only have data for prime/boost
       with mRNA vaccines.
