Issue is whether Trump (recently infected) can safely do it in person. The Commission wants to do it virtually; however, Trump says he will not debate except in person. Mark meadows has called me twice for advice about the CDC guidelines of when a person post-infection can safely go out. The guidelines say 10 days from onset of sxs and 2 PCR tests (24 hours apart) that are negative. His last PCR had a CT of 28.9. It needs to be 35 or greater to be considered negative. More to come.
