Major conflict between Deb and Atlas. See below with Deb’s daily report. Atlas says that we do not need to test for asymptomatics since the only thing that counts is preventing vulnerable people from dying. He does not see the connection between asymptomatic young people (without hospitalization and deaths rising → older and vulnerable (with later hospitalization and deaths rising). Francis and I sent e-mails to Alyssa Farah and she apologized saying that she will approve 90% of requests for me and refuse ONLY those that are obviously politically charged. Up to this point, 95% of requests for me have be refused or ignored by the WH/HHS. They truly are dysfunctional even though I believe that Alyssa is a good person.
