Ian is responsible for the medical/public health aspects of the Democratic Convention in Milwaukee. He called me to go over all the things he has put into place – masks, testing everyone, airflow, limit numbers, physical distance, etc. – to ask if he has missed anything. Seems he has done all he can do. The decision to hold the convention or not is up to the politicians. Since they have decided to go with it, Ian has done his job in making it as safe as possible.
