Records continue to be broken in various states.

Did a COVID session virtually at the IAS with Slim Karim and Deb Birx.

Task Force meeting at WH. VP still focuses on fact that despite the increase in cases,
the deaths are still down. I mentioned to him that I did not think that the deaths will ever
reach the degree (>2000/day) that it was when NYC was surging, but increased cases will
and are leading to increased hospitalizations. Wrong Direction.
