China shuts down public transportation in 3 additional smaller cities –
Huanggang, Ezhou and Chibi.

After 2nd Advisory Committee meeting WHO still does not declare PHEIC. Very
controversial decision. They are getting some criticism about this. On several of the
media that I did (see below) I was asked my opinion of this. I said I did not want to
outguess the WHO and demurred.
