Just because of the sudden preduction of 1-3 inches of snow, OPM shut
down the USG at 1:00 PM and everyone rushed to get off campus at the same time that
Walter Reed personnel are trying to leave. This has created a total nightmare traffic jam
on campus. It is taking almost 1 hour to get off campus from time you get in your car.
