Big crowd and festivity.

Immediately after swearing in, went to PAHO (a block away) to give talk at the 10th
Anniversary of the Sabin Vaccine Institute. Many old friends there – Peter Hotez, D.A.
Henderson, Ciro deQuadros, etc.
