Dennis Kasper flew in from Boston to work for 2 hours with me on preparing me to present his NAS nomination. Met with Debbie Birx who is waiting for Senate Approval for head of PEPFAR (OGAC). To my dismay, the White House has not submitted her to the Senate for final approval. She has already had her hearing and did very well.
