Gave Keynote Lecture at Global Vaccine and Immunization Research Forum at the Bethesda Hyatt Hotel. Big audience of Decade of the Vaccine crowd, i.e. GAVI, BMGF, WHO, etc. Well-received. Much press associated with CROI meeting and new baby cure questions and Carl June gene editing for CCR5. Jim Lehrer (Newshour) contacted me for advice about his granddaughter Olivia who has juvenile idiopathic arthritis. I spoke with him and his wife Kate and made some recommendations and just chatted with them about the disease. Jim was very grateful. Diane Rehm had originally suggested to Jim that he contact me.
