Good day! Project BioShield legislation passed the Semate by a 99-0
vote. The White House asked me to attend a press conference with Sens. Frist, Gregg,
and Kennedy as well as Secretary Thompson at the Capitol. We briefed the press and I
answered several questions. TGT called me the “father” of the BioShield Bill.
