Went to West Wing of WH to brief General John Gordon the new Director of the WH Office of Homeland Security and Special Assistant to the President for Terrorism. I briefed him on what the NIH Biodefense Research Agenda was. Good guy. We had a nice discussion. Also, delivered a standing room only Grand Rounds at the Lipsett Auditorium on SARS.
