Greg: I believe I have been asked by the Shaw prize people to nominate someone. However because I have been so busy I
just discarded the request and no longer have the forms. I am not sure whether I can get another copy since I believe that

I thoroughly enjoyed Tony's acceptance speech for the Dan David Prize and again I thank you for your essential role in
the nomination process. Can you find out if Tony has been asked by the Shaw Prize committee to nominate someone.
