Good afternoon:

Dr. Fauci asked that I respond to your letter on his behalf. I will be the overall point of contact
for Dr. Fauci’s participation in your event – I very much look forward to working with your team
on this exciting honor. Below are the responses to your questions:

    1. We are holding May 9, 2021 for the event. Please send us a run of show/timeline at your
      earliest convenience. If Dr. Fauci will be expected to make any remarks, please do let us
      know how long his remarks should be and any details related to his participation.

    2. Symposia events the week of – please send any and all details as to what Dr. Fauci’s role
      will be so that we can begin to make the appropriate preparations.

    3. Monetary Award: Attached is a copy of Dr. Fauci’s government passport as well as the
      information below in case it is hard to read:
